The Municipal Employees Affordable Housing Program is a unique program specifically designed to help our public service employees buy a home in the communities in which they work with no down payment, flexible underwriting, and attractive mortgage pricing.

The program is open to employees of municipal, county and state government, government agencies and non-profit organizations working in areas of public safety, law enforcement, health care, education and social services. If their employer has a residency requirement, borrowers must purchase a home in the community in which they work. A borrower’s household income must be less than 135% of the HUD median income for the city or town where they are buying a home.
