Conforming Fixed Rate Mortgages (conforming loan amounts):
 
Scituate Federal Savings Bank offers conforming fixed-rate mortgages with loan amounts of up to $523,750 on single-family dwellings, $670,500 on 2-family dwellings, $810,450 on 3-family dwellings, and $1,007,200 on 4-family dwellings and loan terms of up to 30 years. In a fixed-rate mortgage, your interest rate stays the same for the term of the mortgage. The advantage of a fixed-rate mortgage is that you always know exactly how much your mortgage payment will be, and you can plan for it. We offer rates for both conforming and jumbo fixed rate mortgages. Loan amounts detailed above are for properties located in Plymouth, Norfolk, Suffolk, Middlesex, Essex, Dukes or Nantucket counties.
 
For Barnstable and Bristol counties, Massachusetts, Scituate Federal Savings Bank offers conforming fixed-rate mortgages with loan amounts of up to $462,500 on single-family dwellings, $592,050 on 2-family dwellings, $715,700 on 3-family dwellings, and $889,450 on 4-family dwellings and loan terms of up to 30 years.
